Getting Started with PVMI

So you have been, or you want to grow one or more PVMI variety seed potatoes. Here is a step by step process that will get you licensed.

If you will be growing any PVMI cultivar in 2010 –

  1. Print off the 2010 PVMI Sub-License Agreement, or, if you held a 2009 PVMI Sub-License Agreement, print off the 2010 PVMI Sub-License Agreement - Renewal.
  2. Indicate on the front page the cultivars you will be growing, also fill in the name of your business and the address that you want this license to cover.
  3. Date and sign at right hand side of the bottom of page 1.
  4. Post the sub-license agreement with a check* to:

    PVMI
661 South Rivershore Lane, Suite 230
    PO Box 1670
    Eagle, ID  83616
